產品保養、更換及維修服務：
  • 凡於ASFA香港零售店、官方網站及煤氣客戶中心（及指定經銷商）購買ASFA霧化器及霧化槍產品，都可以享有我們為您提供的保修服務;
  • 便攜霧化器之保養期為3個月（由銷售購買單據日期開始計算），如產品出現任何非人為損壞的功能故障，客戶可經由ASFA零售店或客戶服務中心熱線（36115423）進行查詢、免費檢測及維修服務；
  • 客戶要求維修服務時，請出示產品購買單據之正本或影印副本。如客戶未能出示購買單據，ASFA則根據會員客戶的購買記錄計算產品保修期。ASFA未能為沒有購買記錄的客戶及相關產品提供保養服務；
  • 產品進行維修（或更換）後，可免費延長保養期1個月。
